Who I am
This site belongs to Eryn Peters, based in London, United Kingdom. I'm responsible for the personal information you share here. Questions or requests go to hello@erynpeters.com.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organization (if you add it), the topic you choose, your message, and whether you ticked the newsletter box.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like every website, the hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
Why I use it
- To reply to you. I use your details to answer your message and continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
- To send the newsletter, only if you ticked the box. The legal basis is your consent, which I record with the date you gave it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
Form messages are delivered to my email and saved in a spreadsheet, both in my Google Workspace account. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both providers protect data under UK GDPR-compliant agreements, which may involve storage outside the UK under standard legal safeguards.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we're in conversation, and deleted within two years of our last contact. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing hello@erynpeters.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
