I've spent my career inside companies that were changing faster than they could handle. Turns out that's where I do my best work.
I helped grow two tech talent companies into unicorns, working across community, operations, talent strategy, and marketing, sometimes all in the same year. Then I co-founded the AI Maturity Index and sold it within 18 months.
Somewhere in there I became allergic to change programs that look great in a deck and do nothing by Monday. So that's what I work on now: speaking, advising boards and leadership teams, and writing about AI, trust, and why so many managers still mistake rituals for results.
Off the clock, I'm a retired digital nomad, a crocheter and first-time quilter, and a very proud dog mom. I volunteer with refugee support, animal welfare, education, and mentorship programs.
